Engineering Manager
Robert Jones
Rob holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA. Rob cut his teeth as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Texas Instruments Defense Systems. Not a typical engineer, Rob usually found himself in the position of managing critical projects and people. The ability to see the entire project, understand the details and bring critical human resources together working for a common goal has always been his strength. A problem solver by nature, Rob has a passion for doing things the right way, finding solutions to difficult problems and following them to completion through flawless execution. As technology expands and systems and options become more complex, it becomes difficult to sift through the plethora of new ideas and new techniques available every day. Another key strength Rob has is finding exceptionally talented, bright people to work at RDB. From the moment you make first contact with RDB you will be impressed with the knowledge and the skill of the people working on your project. Its all part of Rob’s vision of bringing the most talented people together to offer the most comprehensive turnkey solution that eliminates the everyday problems of not done correctly, not on schedule and not on budget.
